Course Overview: Traditional discipline often focuses on punishment and control. Sustainable behavior improvement is better supported through positive, structured, and supportive approaches that help learners understand expectations and develop positive conduct.

This course helps educators understand learner behavior, reinforce positive conduct, prevent disruption, and respond constructively to challenges. It develops practical approaches to positive discipline and behavior support within structured and respectful learning environments.
