Course Overview: Assessment is most valuable when it supports learning during instruction, not only when it measures achievement at the end. Timely evidence helps educators recognise progress, identify learning needs, and decide what should happen next.

This course equips educators to use assessment for learning, formative assessment, and high-quality feedback to improve learner progress. It focuses on gathering useful evidence, providing actionable feedback, and using what is learned to strengthen teaching and learning.

Target Audience: Teachers, assessment coordinators, instructional coaches, and academic leaders focused on formative assessment and feedback.

Learning Experience: Learners engage through video overviews, audio deep dives, study guides, practical examples, reflection prompts, workbook activities, applied tasks, knowledge checks, and end-of-module quizzes. Activities support formative assessment design, feedback conversations, evidence interpretation, and responsive teaching improvement.

Course Structure: 5 modules / approximately 20 lessons.
