Course Overview: Traditional assessment often focuses on time, content coverage, and marks. Competency-based and outcome-based assessment instead focus on what learners can demonstrate, apply, and achieve.

This course equips educators to define competencies and learning outcomes, design assessments based on mastery, evaluate real-world skills, and support progression. It develops practical approaches for building and sustaining outcome-driven assessment systems.
