Conflict and difficult conversations are inevitable in dynamic classrooms. Effective educators need to recognise the causes of conflict, remain calm, manage sensitive situations, and protect a respectful and safe learning environment.
This course develops practical skills for de-escalation, structured conflict resolution, restorative responses, and professional conversations about feedback or behavior concerns. It helps educators respond to conflict and conduct difficult learner conversations with clarity and respect.
