Course Overview: Learners are not all the same. They differ in age, development stage, background, experiences, and abilities. Effective teaching requires understanding how learners grow, think, behave, and learn over time.

This course provides educators with a comprehensive understanding of learner development across different stages of life, including childhood, adolescence, and adulthood. It also explores how development impacts learning, behavior, and engagement.

• Identify differences between child, adolescent, and adult learners

Target Audience: Educators, trainers, learner-support professionals, and programme facilitators working with children, adolescents, or adult learners.

Learning Experience: Learners engage through video overviews, audio deep dives, study guides, practical examples, reflection prompts, workbook activities, applied tasks, knowledge checks, and end-of-module quizzes. Activities support developmentally appropriate teaching across childhood, adolescence, and adult learning contexts.

Course Structure: 5 modules / 20 lessons.
